How many people will clean my house?

Generally our cleaning teams consist of one or two people, now and then of more than two. If more than one person is at the job, time is lessened by the number of people. For example, if you were scheduled for a four-hour service and two service providers are assigned to your job, the cleaning should be completed in two hours .

Will I always have the same service provider?

We try to send one and the same service provider each time recurrent service takes place. There might be changes in service providers due to illness, vacation or they may no longer work for Cleaning CT and then necessary replacement will be made. It is not possible for us to guarantee the same team for each cleaning but we can assure our Clients, that all the members of our cleaning staff are well trained and proficient at cleaning techniques.

Are service providers trained?

All service providers are well and thoroughly trained on cleaning and using cleaners and cleaning facilities . Our crew consists only of experienced professionals and we carefully check their background and record.

How do I pay for your services?

Cleaning CT accepts the following forms of payment: cash or check.
Payment depends on the time of service.

You will have to pay a $10.00 non-payment fee if payment is not made on the cleaning day. A $25.00 fee is applied to all returned checks.

What is the cost of my cleaning?

Cost depends on the size and condition of your home. The web site estimate is just rough and tentative estimate, and when a service provider see your house they will make exact estimation of time and cost. Service provider will inform Cleaning CT about differences and we will contact you. If you order cleaning for the first time or one-time cleaning, additional time and an additional charge may be required, in such a case, you we will also contact with you.

Should I give tips to the service providers?

Certainly we do not impose it or force you to do that, just strongly encourage you to express your gratitude and gratification for well done work. Tips work wonders as far as future cooperation is concerned and together with a note from you “ Very well done job! Thanks!” will be a great appreciation.

What is cancellation policy?

2 business day writing notice is necessary in the case you have to cancel or change your regular cleaning day. If Cleaning CT receives less than a 2 business day notice, or can't get into your home, we will charge the full price of your cleaning. Future scheduled cleanings remain unchanged. It’s important that you confirm all the changes directly to the management, and not to the service provider. Recurrent service is priced at a discounted rate and if you cancel recurrent service after only one cleaning, our regular One-Time Cleaning charges apply.

What if my cleaning falls on holiday?

If your scheduled cleaning falls on a holiday, we will contact you to make changes and find another time.

Can I hire you service provider directly?

Thanks to the fact that we are a small company and our administrative and upkeep cost are reduced we offer you competitively low prices- you pay as if you hired a private, individual person.
